Realtors Welcome: These packages are for homeowners that are willing to pay a Realtor that brings the buyer a 2 or 3% commission paid at the closing. Whenever a Realtor goes to their local MLS system (Tulsa or OKC) to search for homes for their buyers, they will see your listing right along with all the other listings from other Realtors. The Realtor will call you to set up a time to show your house. Just pick the $69 per month or pick the 6 or 12-month listing and save even more. The $69 per month option does not include a yard sign. You can purchase those for an additional $39. These packages are truly a limit service listing where the seller will handle all the paperwork but wants the exposure of the MLS and Realtor.com If you are looking for something similar to a full-service listing but want to save money. Please look at our broker-assisted program. This is a full-service package but at a discounted rate.
