Your real estate broker charges a $2,000 flat-fee listing commission regardless of property price. Normally, sellers pay a 6% commission (3% to the listing broker and 3% to the buyer’s broker.) for a full-service listing. Commission is only earned, if property closes. • Full Service Includes: Broker Consultation, Contract Receipt & Delivery, Contract Review, Contract Negotiation, Review and negotiation of Inspection Reports and much more. Your team will assist in every step from the initial offer, working with all other parties involved in your transaction, to the day you close on your house. With over 100 successful closed listings in the last three years, we are confident you’ll get your house sold while saving thousands in commissions compared to the traditional 6% broker. • When seller procures the unrepresented buyer: Seller pays a flat-fee commission of $3,500 to your real estate broker to handle BOTH the buyer and seller side of the transaction. In this scenario, seller does not pay a buyer’s agent commission of 3% just the flat-fee of $3,500. |
