The MLS Basic package is for the homeowner willing to work with buyer agents, but wants to save nearly half of the typical real estate commissions. This seller has their own photos, signs, and lockbox but needs the exposure of the MLS.
The MLS Deluxe is for the same homeowner as the MLS Basic, but this seller needs professional photos, a yard sign, and an MLS key box. They need the tools to market their property professionally, especially against other competitive properties on the MLS.
